Just wondering how one could best not lose muscle while doing cardio in my case MMA Training always less that 90 minutes. Only once a week. Im thinking a MRP shake b4 and after training?

That is definitely not required – I would suggest 5-10 grams of BCAAs before and after training. That will allow you to maximize fat burning during your MMA sessions, without sacrificing muscle. In any case, MMA is probably one of the better forms of cardio you could do as far as maintaining muscle is concerned, since it consists of interval training and strength work.
Hope this helps – however, you will also want to compensate by upping your calories overall, to account for the extra energy expenditure of your MMA efforts. It is probably best to increase your calorific intake throughout the day, whilst still taking the BCAA’s before and after training, for the reasons mentioned above. This is especially true if you are an ectomorph with a screaming metabolism.

You could also lift with high percentages of your 1RM like 90% and up. THis is supposed to trick your body into thinking that this muscle is necessary and it will strive to keep it. Good luck.
