I just saw fight club and what im seeing is that Pitt is just really shredded, vascular and does have a descent amount of muscle on him. I read one of the behind the scenes where tc addressed the bradd pitt question and he mentioned something about needing rounded muscle bellies. What does that mean ? Peace
Find some old Cybergenics & start takin’ it! For real though. Here’s how to do it. 45 mins. cardio before breakfast & another after your dinner. (Wait at least 2 hrs.) Mix it up! Jump roping, running, swimming, makin’ love, Hindu anything! Stop eating dairy products! Stay away from fruit & fruit juices! Maybe once a week. Stay away from pasta & bread. No red meat! Too much fat! Lots of vegetables & lean proteins. Distilled water. Yes, you read that right. Only the best for T-men & T-vixens. Hit the weights 2-3 times a week. Throw in some gymnastics & hand walking also. Stay active. Mountain biking, surfing, body-boarding, TENNIS! YES TENNIS. Want to stay lean & ripped? Start playing tennis! Before I played, I was 10-12 % bodyfat. Now I’m 5-7%. Also take some sunflower oil every day. 1 tsp. to 1 tbl. Very important! Take some MCT oil w/ every meal. I know that’s alot, but that’s what it takes to stay lean & ripped. Once you get where you want, cut back to once daily on cardio. Keep everything else the same. Good luck & have fun!
Wouldn’t be suprised about Richard Norton roiding for American History X. Just compare him in that movie to him in Fight Club. He lost alot of weight. What i don’t understand is how he could let himself get small again after putting on all that muscle.
Well, regarding ed norton, maybe he just lost all the gains from when he roided. As for brad pitt, hes a good lookin guy with an athletic body. Im sure all the other guys on this post will help u reach ur goal of being a bradd pitt look alike.lol. Most of em are cool bout that kinda stuff. tell us what u are currently at(height weight, bone strcture)
I gotta admit im on the skinny side. 6"3 160 lbs. I got a fairly small bone structure. what do u think my weight would have to be to look pitt.
Pitt is 5’11" 160 in the movie. You’d be well off at between 170 and 185.
Been away from the forum for awhile, so please don’t yell at me if I repeat something. First, my money says that lots of stars roid to get in shape for movies. I mean Ed Norton and Christian Bale both make changes between flicks that anybody would envy. Second, on the topic of movie stars, did anybody but me think that Diesel look like a bad ass in Pitch Black? Rather look like that than Pitt, though Pitt’s a little more realistic…
Well, i ve thought about it and ive realized that the only thing i liked about pitts body is his abs. so i think im going completely the other way and eat about 4500 calories a day to gain as much weight as possible. how could one accomplish this?
Diesel is awesome. I should have his physique in another year.
Well to look like Brad Pitt in fight club:
(step 1) Pick up any Muscle & Fitness (bonus points for articles by Nasser)
(step 2) Get a piece of paper and cut out some
ab “rippled” holes…then tan with that on…
I’ve read that to help him get that “effect”, Brad Pitt just tanned an illusion of the six pack on
(step 3) Pick fights and don’t be afraid to run! You’ll get good cardio either way…
(step 4) Eat less…WAY less…EXTREME less…
Actually I don’t mean to harp on the guy…everybody has their own “image” they want to obtain. This posting should cure the transgressor for airing his “pretty boy” desires…

Keep in mind there’s a genetic element here. My training partner and I are good examples. We do the same workouts, eat about the same, take the same supplements, do Androsol cycles at the same time, take the same days off etc. He’s building a Brad Pitt in Fight Club physique and I’m getting the Vin Diesel look. It’s genetics for the most part.
Also, just because someone uses roids doesn’t mean they’ll look like a pro BB. I know a lot of “pretty boy” types who use a lot of gear to look that way. Again, genetics rearing its ugly head.
Sure, you can eat a certain way to change your look (ripped vs thick) but the type of training you do isn’t that big a factor. You lift weights and your body responds according to genetics, at least to large extent.
