I was curious if anyone knows for sure who trains Bradd Pitt? I did a search and came up with Isabel Lorca. But I’m not for sure that she trained him for fight club or not. He was ripped to shreds in that movie that’s why I’m asking.

Movie stars have access to the best drugs. Pitt just had a low bodyfat %. If you want to be skinny and ripped, check out Mens Health or Mens Fitness.
If info on B.P. is what you want then I will provide it since everyone else is just knocking your teeth out!!! Before fight club brad pitt trained with a woman(name that you provide sounds right) with very high repetitions (3x25 on bench, 4x55 on pushup, 3x25 on squat, 5x15 on pull-ups) and during that time, for about a month he ate tuna and crackers all freakin day long(truth, besides his P.W.shake). He also did 1 hour of stairmaster first thing in the morning. Have fun with this crap of a workout.
I have seen on a TV show the Brad Pitt body double for the fight club. Im not sure how much he was used, but he did have a double who was skinny ripped.
Hey Mighty Mouse, good point, but I must say that there are very few big, ripped, NATURAL (key word here) guys running around. I’m not talking 200 or 210 ripped, but 225, 230, 240 ripped and natural. Just ain’t happenin’ for 99% of the population. So, many guys that want to be ripped and remain a natural resort to doing so at a lower body weight. After all, it’s much easier to be 6’ tall and 180 ripped lbs. naturally as opposed to 6’ and 230 ripped natural. So go easy on Men’s Fitness and Men’s Health. I mean, hey, at least they’re not sporting pages full of 270 lb. steroid-loaded monsters that try to tell 18 year olds how to look like them.
I remember reading somewhere that Brad Pitt only does Yoga and Pilates.

Actually though, I would bet good money that Mr. Pitt is on one of them really trendy diets, like The Zone, or something that even includes a hefty dose of soy protein. Yup, I'm pretty certain.

I saw an article on Pitt’s training…he doesn’t. Drinks beer alot and watches football. His “physique” is natural.

Yeah, do a search. But if you want, do a low carb diet, at least one hour of cardio a day, and high rep training. Try this: every morning, do 40-60 minutes of running (if you can’t, just work up to it), two sets of pull ups, push ups, and sit ups. Then, in the evening, three times a week, do a full body work out. Squats,benches,rows,lateral raises,lying triceps extensions, bicep curls, and calf raises. 2-3 sets of 12-15. Diet wise, just eat Tuna and Water. Mix the Tuna with one tablespoon of low fat mayo, some mrs. dash lemon peper, and fish oil caps. Hope this helps bro.
