Pretty Little Hate Machine

Football couch potato GPP

5 neutral grip chins and 10 push up at the begining of every quarter.

12 324ft laps with a 20lbs in each hand at every half.

From Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia straight to the Ukraine (where Eugene Hutz is from (Gogol Bordello), can’t be a bad place.) Skipped over Belorussia I see. Georgia, Armenia, Kazakstan, or Uzbekistan next? Probably not much of interest there.

If you can’t dance to this then you can’t dance at all.

Glad the back is standing up to the abuse.

So yesterdays totals ended up being 80 chins, 160 push ups and about five miles of 20lbs/hand farmers walks.

Oh and Bama is still undefeated.

Dang…that’s a lot pushing and pulling. Any soreness?

I was kind of frustrated. The number of reps I can do depends on how tight I keep my body . If I lose that it costs me reps and I thought I could have ground out a couple of more.

Answer: “Round two?”

Going to be in Hartford,CT for a couple of days the end of next week and in Boston for one day. Any suggestions on things I should see or places to eat?

Dipping two 45s is totally bad ass. That is so much weight!

Joe- Boston- You looking for something casual or upscale? casual down by the water you may like the Barking Crab, indoor outdoor eating, on the pier lots of activity to keep you occupied. If you want to go upscale and I mean up the scale…go with Davio’s…or if you want multiple choices just head down to Faneuil Hall…bars, eateries, shops all in one compact area…lots of people. You could also check out Rowe’s Wharf…there is Joe’s American Bar and grill over the water, Tia Maria’s attracts the financial crowd after work so there is lots of eye candy and the Boston harbor Hotel and some good food an drink.

In Hartford, First and Last Tavern has some killer pizza, and if you looking for something a little different try the Elbow room…there is a cajun/BBQ blues place called Black Eyed Sally’s…My friends like it, I haven’t been yet…hope that helps

I would say nice dips, but the ladies have already smothered you with much love!!!
