I take 200 mg. caffeine (along with Alpha-GPC,Rhodiola, and Power Drive) 1 1/2 hours before my workout. I also use carbs/protein (PeptoPro) before and during my workout. I was wondering, however, to what degree the caffeine (and Power Drive), due to increased catecholamine release, will impair insulin sensitivity, and for how long?

That’s a toughie, I recall a study showing carbs + caffeine caused very high blood sugar, which was hypothesized to be because of impairment of insulin from doing it’s job; this high blood sugar was recorded for 4 hours I believe.
These, however, were sedentary individuals under resting conditions; I am not sure if they can be applied to resistance training. How do you feel after a workout (and during) with and without the caffeine? Maybe you can get some clues from this.
Well, there’s no doubt about it–the caffeine helps a lot with energy and probably to some extent with strength; however, this could just be from CNS stimulation and stored glucose, while plasma glucose absorption and utilization remains impaired.
