Pre Training Wank

I was watching a Football Program on TV the other day and one of the players talked about the pre training jack off.

The idea behind it was to jack yourself to about the mid point without ejaculating. Then go out and hit the weights. The theory was that it heightens your testosterone levels and the workout will be more beneficial. The footballer even called it a mini shot of steroids.

Then you give yourself an hour after training and you then whack off to the end.

Has anyone heard of this and is it for real?

I’m not quite sure how working out with a semi is going to help anything. Does this gym have a lot of pictures of gladiators on the walls or something?

ive tryed doing that before training before. didnt notice much of a difference lol

its not pre fatigue its more of a warm up for grip work. if i wanted it to be pre-fatigue i would oviously do weighted masterbation by tieing a plate to my arm

I don’t know about masturbating, but I have read that researches have done studies and men who look at “provacative images” of women frequently raise their T-levels. So I’m sure every man in America with a computer has peaked his T-levels in that category.

I don’t know what Chek says about it, but my guess would be not to get too excited or you will lose valuable proteins that would otherwise be used for muscle-building.

On the other hand, if you get it all over your hands, it might help you hold onto the bar.

As long as nobody else in the gym minds I don’t see the problem with it…now I understand why the last time that I was in the US the gym that I went to gave me a hand towel when I paid to train…the Scottish dude that I was with told me that most of the guys in this gym were wankers…I can’t believe I didn’t connect the dots.

Over here we usually just use chalk on our hands but feel free to try this out and let us know how you get on…or off…as the case may be.

I’m gonna admit that I’ve done this. Gets you incredibly frustrated–a good thing. Helps you get fired up sometimes when you really need it. Then you just hit the weights hard and finish it after :slight_smile:

I doubt this really does much for test levels, I’ve heard of studies where they’ve reported a slight increase in T from cessation of masturbation for 7 days, followed by a masturbation session.

Yeah yeah maybe it’s all in my head/placebo effect yadayada. If I think it works my belief makes it work, period
