Good going, dude! Was this your first show?

I’ll post some front shots later on, been busy enjoying my week of freedom with friends and food lol. But nah, this was my second show. First show was a crap shoot, got sick the week before, overdieted, made a bunch of rookie mistakes. I revamped my program this year though and it definitely helped me make improvements.

Now just have to see if I can come into my next show with even better conditioning. I was thinking of doing a keto based diet with carb days thrown in every so often (like 4 days just fats and protein, 2 day carbs, or a similar cycle) just to see how my body responds. Because I figure, even though this show is a bit bigger than my last one (and I feel as though the OCB is a bit better than the NGA) I’d like to get top 3 in my weight class, maybe win my weight class and if my conditioning is good enough, pro card? lol doubtful though due to muscle maturity and size differences.

But hey, stranger things have happened lol =P. So the diet starts back on monday, if you guys want me to keep posting and log my preparation up to the show I’d be happy to if there’s interest. Thanks again for all the help and support guys.
