Pre and Post Workout Drink

I am about to go on the growth surge project and need to know something for planning my diet. In the diet plan of this program it is suggested to have a serving of grow before and during your training session. OK thats fine. I have read how muscles will have a higher uptake of nutrients if you have a pre-workout drink compared to a post-workout drink. But then if I am using RecoverX should I have a drink before and after my training or just before or just afterwards. AuggH!

You’ve confused GROW! with Biotest Surge. I’ve never heard of RecoverX, though.
