I’ll stick this here in off topic, since I’m not sure what category would be best for it.
I just had my 2nd interaction with Powertec after purchasing a Powertec Power rack system in March, and I was again very impressed by their customer service.
I messed up a part on my pully system over the weekend (probably my fault that it broke), and I called today to get a replacement part under warranty. I quickly described what had happened to their parts guy and he is shipping me a new part out no questions asked. I didn’t even have to provide proof of purchase.
Overall, I have been very happy with my rack and their customer service is top notch. I just felt that after receiving such great service, I needed to tell other T-men that they are a good company to deal with. If you are in the need for some well built affordable equipment, I would definetely look their way.
