I have a cage very similar to the Keys cage. I think you’ll REALLY like the way the safety bars adjust as compared to the ones on the Powertec rack and most other racks.
Personally I’d stay away from the Powertec bench. I’ve seen it in person and wasn’t impressed. There’s no excuse for the way they engineered it with the huge gap between the base and back sections. I’ve seen two Body Solid benches in person that I liked better, and just yesterday I saw this one:
It’s not as long as most benches, so it might fit better inside the cage for doing incline barbell presses.
