Hello,
Im an 19 years old powerbuilder, ,I’ve been training for 3 years and only powerbuilding for a year… In 2016 i started to do pure powerlifting training in order to participate in Israel’s powerlifting competition. I came 2nd in all teen and in my category too.
Now im looking for a new program, lets start the the bench press is my weakest lift, i squatted 220kg , deadlift 235kg and only benches 115kg.
So i was thinking of a template like this :
Sun : Squat
Monday bench
Tuesday Off

Now, i’ve asked before about steroid use and most of you was against and i understand your point of view as i can hurt my self more than i can get a benefit, I’ve never used steroid and was against it totally till mind 20’s but now as im participating in a national level I’m thinking to run something that can push me up and increase my lifts.

Hello, im a raw lifter and looking for a new program, ive tried Wendler 531 it worked good but i dont like the program itself then ran schieko after and it was too much for me as a natural lifter so im looking for a program that focuses on strength gains, as i have a good size other than my toothpick arms but i want a program that most sets are in the 80%-90% Wendler was way less than that and from my 90% which i felt like doing nothing and started to lose motivaiton and preferable to be a 4 day…

To be fair, the OP’s story is generally consistent. It’s not like some guys where they tell you they’ve been lifting for 2 years, then say they’ve been lifting for 6 months, and their age / lifts are basically numbers they pluck out of the air at any given time.
However, Mark is right that he’s started four or five “program” threads in less than six months, including one where he essentially told Jim Wendler that he liked the idea of 5/3/1 but wanted to lift heavier so he asked if Jim could write him a new 5/3/1 (really classic stuff, there).
