It would’ve been a better movie if they added you as a commentator. I’m serious dude, you can be a stand-up comic in strength sports.[/quote]

Dude, get off his nuts, this is just getting gay.

Imagine being the unfortunate, clueless bastard using his squatrack at 5:30am.

Karwoski was great in that. He seemed like a prick but I love it. I’m going to go squat my 200lbs and feel like a pussy.

I bet Karwoski had a 200lbs max once in his life as well.

Didn’t you know he was born squatting 600 for reps?

Haha. Thanks for the vote of confidence. Just like they said in the movie 5 or 10 lbs a week ends up being some heavy ass weight.

move: amazing
and to trim down the wait from 54 minutes to 20 copy the link, and paste it to another window on your computer. i loved that movie, i might even watch it again

whi else in there thought there was a couple hot powerliftrers, i found a couple ipf hotties

i also think the worlds strongest woman is gasp juicin

she looks like a man

My favorite part of the movie was when Kirk started talking about how he’d throw your stuff out if he sees it in his squat rack. Very inspirational for me.

Silly boy, powerlifters don’t do lateral raises. Bench, squat, dead, curl. Duh.

This is exactly what I’m talking about! Invictica, you’re the man!

Thanks to the OP for posting the link. I had heard of the movie ever since before it came out, but I had never actually had a chance to watch it.

I think it’s a great movie for outsiders to the sport and I think it also has some cool shit that those within the sport can appreciate. The Lee Moran segment was awesome. The only the downside to the movie is that is seems rooted in a couple particular settings- the USPF of the 80s/early 90s and the recent past on the West Coast- that miss much of the larger picture of the sport. There are really so many stories to tell. I thought Kirk Karwoski came off as kind of a jackoff. Surprising- because I’ve heard he’s a good dude in real life.
