Powerlifting Cut Cycle

I’m planning to run a cycle but i’m totally new to this. I’m around 25 body fat.

What would the best cycle for me?

Dl 160
Bp 80
Squat 80

You squat 80 kg? And you squat the same as your bench? What do you weigh and how tall are you? I would say skip the drugs and get your training squared away first.

Nothing, based on what you posted. I’m not a stickler for strength standards before starting AAS, but having some foundation and knowledge on how to grow is needed before starting so you can really maximize the muscle and risk. Honestly don’t think you’re there. I’d diet down first, spend a year in the gym, then think about AAS

I think a 10mg anavar is a good start for females. Maybe even start at 5 and go up to 10 as you start to feel that the cut is making you weaker.
Lately i have been a fan of Cardarine also when cutting.

Less carbs and more time in the gym. Going on cycle with numbers like yours is genuinely a bad call.

What does your training and diet look like?

if its a girl, those are good numbers and a cycle is well deserved imo…

I think this is weight dependent, but will agree they’re ‘good’ and deadlift is great for ladies, assuming BW is also 80kg at most. I just don’t see the point of cycling while at 25%, which is likely inaccurate.

Thats why i think its a girl.
Lifts are good for a female, 25% bodyfat for girls is pretty lean, just with a small amount of extra chubs. Adding some var and going on a 10 week cut before a meet to hit these numbers, would be a pretty good level powerlifter chick.

I had the…kind of cool experience to hook up with one of the best deadlifters in my country, her DL was around 200kg at 85-90kgs bodyweight… she had tons of muscle, but definetly not fat, as i just cant get hard on like fat thats noticable… so seeing these numbers i just imagine a serious lifter chick in her early 20s, who need a bit of var to cut down before a meet.

I generally like the 60-65kg range.

My gym used to have a woman that was around 90 kgs with a six pack. She was like 6’2" and could deadlift around 500 lbs. Still looked feminine (aside from a bit of a masculine jaw), and had a feminine voice.

anything over 5’9 is a man
especially when you are 5’7 like me.

If anything over 5’9” is a man, what is the height cutoff for men becoming women?

Then anything under 5’9 is a woman, no? :joy:

I believe she would win in a fight against most men. I found a pic of her deadlifting.

I met her once at my second strongman show. She’s really cool, and she smoked everyone in her weight class. IIRC she competed at the fire fighter competition at the Arnold in Santa Monica in 2020.

And she’s gorgeous
