Are there any powerlifters out there who also run on a regular basis ? What is your routine ? Any trainig advice?
If you are referring to longer distance running/jogging, you probably will not find two activities that are more at odds with each other.
Of course you can do it but both activitie will be compromised (especially the PL-ing which is more important in my view)
Short sprints may be another story however.

Drop the running and buy a sled. You will get a cardio workout and develop power at the same time.

i don’t powerlift, as i have no power and cant lift crap, but i did stay at a holiday inn express last night.
i have a max effort squat day, a dynamic full body day, and run sprints 4-6 days per week for 10 minutes at a time. (i do not have a max effort upper day while i work on my shoulder issues.)
the sled idea is good. i do that sometimes too. low weight long duration for active recovery and heavier weight bursts for strength and power.
i also jog 5-7 miles every morning.
one of the above statements is false.

If you are referring to my statements above as being false, please elaborate.
