My best marriage advice by far is try not to bring up 1st wife in conversations. It’s too easy to do that if ya’ll are living in same house you had with first wife and it was a happy marriage. I’ve also heard this several times from widowers over 50 who remarried. Until I learned that I did that a lot the first year with present spouse, so I sold my house to show her she was now the center of my world
She still is, but look where that’s gotten me…
Maybe get your bridde driving the tractor if you haven’t yet taughter her.
You’ll get it next time. Sometimes it takes a 20-30 minute drive after work before I can pull into the PT’s parking lot and walk in and get on the Nitro.

Had to go in for a fasted lab draw right before the gym. Saw my GP yesterday (only the second time since the day I was diagnosed). He wanted cholesterol, a metabolic panel and testosterone level checked. He was the one who brought up T , that surprised me.
Got my shingles, pneumonia and tetanus shots yesterday.

During the second set I felt my pants starting to split. I didn’t care I was there to squat. On the 3rd set I could really feel them come apart. I’m sure the people working out behind me could clearly see the color of my underwear with each rep. After the 3rd rep I became self conscious and racked it. Still got some training in today.
For most people it would never be an issue. Mine started below normal. I’m finding out it takes quite a bit for mine to be optimal. My wife will go to toxic levels if there is Vitamin D in her multivitamin. I started paying attention when I read Vitamin D has a connection to T levels.
Vitamin D should also be taken with K2. A lot of Vitamin D supplements do not come with K2. K2 helps the body to deposit the Vitamin D where it is needed, in the bones, teeth etc. Without it, it can be deposited in the arteries as a calcium. Definitely not ideal.
You can get D with K2 together. I get mine off amazon and it is a liquid form.
