Felt good going into the gym. Got some good sleep this week. I don’t know why it wasn’t there today.

Immediately felt it in my hamstrings then glutes like never before. I hope it’s because of last weeks extra slow eccentrics on the DL’s.

I dropped a dumbbell on my little toe one time and broke it. It hurt like crazy.

I know very well that my recent back issue is because of my being slack on ab work for quite a while.
I followed every set with a ab exercise.
