I’m sure things went the way they did today for a reason, I have no idea what that is.

Hit a PR on calories burned.

I had a large tree blow over and had to pretend to be a lumberjack. Weather was great. Today I’m feeling it across my whole posterior chain.

That’s a bunch of calories dropped. I guess if we were all lumber jacks we could pretty eat whatever we wanted. :joy:

I don’t think I would last long as a lumberjack. I’ve hunted with a couple of those guys in the past. They were both smaller and lean. I think there’s a reason for that.

Man, I’ve been looking forward to seeing what you’ve been up to and it was awesome. :sunglasses: The 5,773 calorie day chopping wood is definitely impressive. In my 4 years of having an apple watch I’ve broken 4,000 calories maybe a dozen times. Never broken 5,000

If you find out what that drink was please let me know. :+1:t2:

Hell yeah!!!

Good to hear from you. I’m sure the difference in body weight accounts for the higher number of calories.

skipping deadlift day this week to recover.
I said I would post if I failed No Spend November. I did spend money on three things.
$100 online course / certification
$ 30 Dr. office co-pay
$ 240 Dentist
It was a neat challenge and kind of fun. For some reason my protein consumption went up. Related or not, the first part off the month training went very well and started feeling a little beat up towards the end of the month. I ran out of broccoli and a couple of other things in the second week. I didn’t run out of anything else till the fourth week, mostly dairy products. The fridge is pretty well cleaned out and I put a little dent in the pantry. I wanted to make a grocery store run before the month started, but I got busy at the end of October and did not make it to town. Technically it was 32 days of no spending.

Take care if it and baby it. It’s tough to do, but better in the long run.

Thanks, I second guess myself as to whether I’m just not trying hard enough.

Ever go to a sports masseuse? Id tightness in my IT band going into my hip recently, few sessions on the table really helped it.

I’ll give it a go. Last Christmas my fiancé gave me a gift card for a massage, and I have not used it yet.
