Have you ever tried to answer the question,”If you could only have one gun (what would it be)? I have thought about it and concluded that it cannot be answered. It would be easier to explain the meaning of life.

Yep, most of mine have been given to me from my dad, uncle and grandfather. They all mean something to me. The most important to me is my dad’s shotgun. I always loved looking at it when we went hunting when I was a kid.

Today when I pulled up to the to the gym at 6am I saw a woman skipping all the way from the front door of the gym to her vehicle. If I see her again I’m going to ask her about her pre-workout drink.

Did you/do you do the sauna before your workout? I’ve heard of a few people doing that but never tried it myself.

I hit the sauna before the workout. Typically only use it in the colder months to get warmed up before lifting. I was real happy with today’s lifting, so if it didn’t help it sure as heck did not hurt. I hope you’re doing well.

Was planning on training tomorrow, but woke up extra early and needed something to do.

4th rep of last set I felt a little something in my lower back. I stepped forward to rack it ,then stepped back and finished the set. Then I convinced myself it was smart to skip the last set. I’m taking it as a sign I need to do ab work. I think skipping ab work is tied to the issue I am having with deadlifting from the floor.

Halfway thru this No Spend November thing. As soon as it’s done, I’m buying some spray on adhesive so the insoles of my squat shoes stop working themselves out the back of the shoe.
