Coming off a Deload week, getting my best sleep score ever and feeling pleasantly bloated, today would be a great day to get a heavy single in. I decided to stay with the plan and get some volume in.

With Dmbl rows ,adding 1 rep every week, on one hand ( pun intended) I want to see how far I can go, on the other I think it is just stupid. I can’t do anything afterwards. I think I’m going to keep on being stupid, it feels natural.

Thank you very much. Felt like I pulled a muscle in my mid back on my first working set. Did not interfere with getting the rest of my sets in, but did interfere with getting sleep last night. I’m staying out of the gym for a week to recover. After that I’m going for that glory.
