Unbelievably great work going on in here, as always. My brain can’t even comprehend the numbers you post. Ha ha… I agree with several others that the bench/MP session from last week was insane. Heck of a session. Also couldn’t agree more on the transgender topic. Keep the males out of women’s sports and spaces. And if you allow or perform reassignment surgery on a minor you should be locked up in prison for the rest of your life. (Sorry. Rant over.)

Telescamer called halfway through workout. Gave him a piece of my mind and he kept calling back from different numbers. I figured out how to silence incoming calls from non contacts.
Nice squats! I need to figure out that trick for my phone.
On my IPhone it’s ( settings; focus; do not disturb; people; allow calls from)
I’m using this when I train from now on because I use my phone for music.

You mentioned parachuting. I read that a strong weightlifter fell about 6 floors down an elevator shaft; dr. attributed his survival to his muscle. No mention of age.
I limited my tough streak to motorcycles. Sold last one at 56.
