Thanks, I’ve used the 5x5 progression in the past to recover from a set back. It’s not going as well this time but I’m hitting the heavier lifts. I don’t know what to think about that.

Disgusting!! Woman should stand together and boycott their sports until this utter nonesense has been done away with for good. Same with female only spaces.

Agreed. As a father of a female athlete this gets to me. My daughter was a top high school tennis player. There is no way she would have been competitive against equal males.

Even now, both kids are gym rats. My son is bigger and stronger than her, even though she is really strong for a 21 year old female.

Also agreed. This is minimally bizarre. Though I suppose it’s to distract us from the other national problems.

Just as a comparison. When I was 54 I threw the women’s 4k shot put in practice to improve my arm speed. My distances would have easily won the NCAA Divison 1 championship. This is the most ridiculous crap I’ve ever seen.

Heck of a deadlift with heavy singles followed up by RDLs. Those db rows are damn strong as well.

Thanks, I’ve been adding 1 rep a week to the rows. It is getting taxing and limiting what I can do afterwards. I think it carries over to the DL. I’ll keep adding 1 rep until I fail, then reevaluate.
