I go to UK so I still train there, but I know quite a few people who train at LAC as well. That gym and one on Versailles road are the only two gyms besides our rec center worth shit around here.
Hey man when you went from Skinny to massive you say you ate just about anything.
- Were you doing any cardio at all? Sled drags? Light jogs to warmup? Anything?
- What sort of supplements did you take? Any weight gainers? I see you said you want to go Pro, are you still natty at this point or no?

@ endersdrift2 I have a SUPER FAST metabolism bro, I ate anything and everything, no cardio no sled drags nothing at all, no supplements no protein no weight gainers, I went from 115-220 all natty just food, I started using not even a year ago, nothing heavy though just test, if you squat bench deadlift heavy and eat a surplus of calories you will grow, just give it time, I wouldn’t eat the way I did bc not everyone can do that, and supplements/juice, give it time bro, make some great gains natty and hold off as long as possible, the farther you go natty the farther you will go when you use, time dedication discipline and belief, anything is possible brother, I am proof of that, honestly my gains from using have been slow and gradual, I don’t get hurt as much and I can train harder, I have a harder look but nothing crazy!
Train harder than anyone and always believe in yourself, Phil-4:13 is how I live my life “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”, just get it in your head that nothing will or can stop you from your goals NOTHING, make the sacrifices no one makes, train harder, and you WILL succeed/ I’ve went to the gym and missed family events, funerals, weddings, selfish? Yes but I will get to where I want to be, I live with acid reflux disease, why? Force-feeding myself for years, I lost gf’s, friends, I don’t party, THAT IS WHAT IT TAKES! No drugs, program, diet or supplements can take you to that level without this kind of discipline!! Hope that helps brother! Thank you for the kind words!

Thanks that’s incredible man. I wasn’t even thinking of trying steroids myself, I’m nowhere near a level to consider them and doubt even when I am that I would. I was mostly just curious. I have been thinking of trying a mass gainer but always hear mixed things and mostly negative things about mass gainers so thought I’d see how you did it is all.
@ endsrsdrift2 No prob bro, if you have no desire to compete/be a pro or top level competitor dont use, for me the choice came when I was handling heavy weights and getting beat up (750 squats, 550 benches, 465 good mornings) so to go to that nxt level I had to do whatever it took, now with bodybuilding to go to the pro level I’ll have to prob use more and different things, but that’s easy for me, anything it takes to reach my goal/dream I’ll do it at the drop of a hat, I wish you the best with everything! As far as diet if you need help I have a personal friend who does that for me and does it for pro’s, his name is Steve poynter, look him up and if you do pm me I’ll give you my real name so you can tell him I referred you, he is amazing and can write you up a meal plan specifically for you and your goals!! pure_country, big respect for the work you’ve put in and the results you’ve gotten at your age, I feel like you’ll make the transition just fine. Looks like the “normal” muscles (for people making the change from PL to BB) are lagging; as mentioned, long head of tri’s, bi’s, quads, maybe shoulders a bit, and chest. Just hit’em hard and often, if you haven’t already, I’d suggest increasing volume and reps for them. I’ll be keeping track of your progress here.
PS, since you came right out and admitted to steroid use, I wouldn’t throw any face pics up here, or any pics of tats you might have, anything that easily identifies you individually…as a safety precaution for your own good.

you can open them in any paint program even MS Paint and then scribble out the face but the only one that can edit the posts is yourself.
