Lookin very solid dude. As you lean down and get into the single digits, it will be much easier to see what your weak points are. Chest and legs jump out at me compared to your thick arms and shoulders. Also, as you get better at posing, you will learn to display yourself better. Will be following.

@ bugeishaad thanks so much bro, I’m working very hard tryig to lean out it seems to be taking forever, I’m very impatient! I’ll try to keep updating photos every few weeks thank you guys so much for all the support and advice, thanks for following I’ll try to keep you up to date it really means a lot to me!! Today I did my AM cardio (walking 2 miles) it’s getting easier for me it’s no struggle at all now, I’m thinking of upping it a little maybe to 3 miles, in the gym later I’ll be doing chest and biceps, I’m feeling really full now compared to the last few weeks bc my boy Steve poynter looked over my diet and made some changes (more carbs) to keep me from losing muscle, so my fat loss could slow for a while until my body gets use to the new diet, we will see!! Thanks guys!!
Are you doing cardio everyday and are you doing solely low impact/low intensity stuff or any high intensity/sprint interval work?
yes cardio everyday, low intensity low impact stuff, im low carbs so ive been advisd to keep it low intensity to keep from losing muscle mass

are you walking outside or inside on a treadmill? If Inside I would say up the incline before you up the distance.
How low carb are you eating right now?
You may be ok to add two short HIIT cardio a week.
@ hallowed first off your display pic is awesome lol im walking outside, carbs are pretty low, not sure exactly the number because i didnt write the diet, prob around 90/day, not certain though, just basically doing what my guy has told me, thanks guys!

Well guys my last post I tried to upload a video I guess it didn’t work? And as far as measurements, my arms are 18" cold, not sure about chest, I haven’t measured while dieting, thanks for the kind words!!
Guys I’m still coming along slowly but surely, I’m going to give it a few weeks and take some more pics, hopefully everything’s still going good, as far as I know it is but it’s hard to see subtle changes when you see yourself everyday, thanks guys!
Hey bud, I;m a fellow KY boy and want to say you’ve made great progress, a true inspiration for someone working his way up like me! But was curious to how your workouts have been going while going low carb? Stilling hitting PR’s or does the lack of carbs seem to effect your intensity at all??
damn dude, especially at that level of bodyfat, you look very impressive. Your crab most muscular is thick as shit man! posing is pretty damn good too considering you’re a new bodybuilder.
Only comment I can really give is work on that side chest. your back arm is too far away from your torso IMHO and you lose some of the illusion of thickness by having that hole between arm and chest. Tighten that up and you look pretty money. oh and i’d start practicing posing your lower body properly now so that you get used to it.
I’m sure some more experienced guys will chime in.
@ spidey22, thanks a ton man! Ky man!! Hell yeah!!! The low carb doesn’t effect me at all man, I’m actually feeling as strong or stronger now!! My bodyweight hasn’t dropped much either, went from like 218-210 or 213, I don’t weigh myself much, I think it has a lot to do with I love clean foods, I know it’s weird but I’d rather eat chicken and asparagus than any cheat meal you could name, I don’t crave cheat foods, I don’t even care lol I really appreciate your comments and taking the time out to check out my thread!!
