The key to completing heavier lifts is being able to support the weight in a proper catch phase. Make sure that you are getting enough glute load and lower back strengthening to be able to take the lift to itâ??s proper receiving position.
Suggestion heavy Full ROM overhead squats

The key would be more actual Power Snatching. Doing it twice a week for 3-4 weeks I GURANTEE RESULTS. This gives you 6-8 Power Snatch sessions over this period as oppose to say 2-4 sessions tops if he did it only once a week.
He has plenty of strength, but not enough Power Snatching experience to Power Snatch 90-100kg
Don’t under estimate how coordinated you need to be to PS in the 90-100kg region.

This weekend will be my last PL comp for the next while. Going to dedicate a year or two to weightlifting and see what sort of progress I can make.[/quote]
Looks good mate!
MORE SPEED.
Do the same with an EMPTY BAR. Record it, now see how fast you can sit in to the bottom. Your pull is plenty! Now add 5’s on each end and see how your speed goes whent he weight increases.
But since it’s only your first session it looks very tidy!
