I’ve had some real success with the original GVT program, gained 10lbs one cycle. Now I’m looking to start GVT 2000 but I really want to incorporate some direct trap work, I was thinking The Power Look, but I don’t know how/if I can incorporate the two. Any suggestoins or alternative trap programs would be great.

Does anyone think quad day would be an acceptable time to incorporate the power look? Is it just too much to add to an already high volume program?
