Kinda got boring. Not to say it won’t work, but I personally would do something else.
I am doing a version of “Quattro Dynamo” right now and then will proceed to contrast training using CT’s Pendulum Method.
CT has a modified version called Optimized Volume Training if you want to check it out. Run a search on it you should find it.
I did German Volume Training, I pair Chest and Back, Bi’s and Tri’s and stuck to just squats for legs with some abs. Worked like a charm for me and everyone else I recommmended it to.
If you are concerned w/ keeping strength (or increasing strength), like somebody else said, use CT’s Optimized Volume. If you do decide to use GVT, look up GVT 2000 (I believe that is what it is called). I think it was TC that “re-did” this program to provide more variety. The original GVT is very boring!
