You did make some nice improvements on your legs though. Good job for working on them. Whatever you are doing for the lower body is working, but I would still have to see some videos before believing your lift numbers.

WOW how did u add 4 inches to ur calves in 6 months!? Didnt it say that the author of the calf blitzcreig say that it took him YEARS to add 3 inches to his calves? WOW amazing
since i messure with string and then with ruler these may not be fully accurate, also here is a pumped flex of my arm, i did soem DB curls at home for 10 minutes and it grows a bit, prob an inch.
Right, ignoring all the people that seem to talk shit in every thread. You seem to have lost bf and gained a lot of mass imo, so great job especially for only 6 months.

To be 100% honest, apart from the better posing of the calfs, the only isolation i have done is legg press with good weight, and just push using my calfs to power it. It might have been the compound excercises and running and jump roping at 215 lb.
Another thing i can think of is begginers mucle or my high t-levels. Could be the fact that i try to use my calfs in about every excercice using legs in soem way or another. My boxing coach tought us that in order to get a harder hit, its a habit i have.
Ill try to but some tape messure and get them, maybe you guys are right and they are not 18, like i said my messurements may not be as acurate becuase i messure with string and then lay it over a ruler. Do you messure your biceps in the thickest part of the muscle i would guess?
