Well slightly flabby and sloppier 17-18in arms are going to appear smaller than lean, ripped ones. So they could be around 17inches, obviously just not all muscle.
damn those calves are sick. If i had calves like that, I’d be rolling tree trunks on dubs.
Really nice improvement on the lats too!

WOW how did u add 4 inches to ur calves in 6 months!? Didnt it say that the author of the calf blitzcreig say that it took him YEARS to add 3 inches to his calves? WOW amazing

Some people just have amazing calf genetics. They never train them (or don’t train period, like a former college roommate of mine) and have better shape and size than mine. All they need to do is visit a donkey calf raise machine and they’ll blow up, like the OP. I’ve seen Waterbury’s legs and it definitely doesn’t look like leg or calf size come easily to him.
Great progress, OP. Lots of visible improvements.
your arms are 18"? i don’t believe it. mine are 17" and i seriously doubt yours are a whole inch larger
thats a shitload of progress in 6 months!! I won’t be a skeptic here just cuz your lift numbers all look legit, guess i’m just jealous you got your dead up 200 pounds in 6 months.
everybody needs to stop hating on this kidd…he fuckn did something few people do on this website, post a sick transformation and improvement…
To the OP, congrats…keep lifting and post again when you see more transformation…youll clearly are the type that grows just by looking at weights…
PS…I envy your calf development, seriously
holy shit i’m jealous
good for you
oh yeah yeah! didn’t mean to hate! just jealous! so sorry. keep it up man!

Nobody has hated on the kid, we have called him out on some of his numbers though. Some of the measurements are obvioulsy off, and he acknowledged this. Good for him. He has some impressive strenght numbers, and like any other good numbers I see on the internet, I won’t believe them until I see a video. I’m not hating, I’m just a skeptic.
What I find most insulting is that you tell him he grows just by looking at weights. Sarcastic or not, that was uncalled for and akin to telling somebody they have muscle only because they have good genetics. This is disrespectful to the hard work that he has obviously put in. The improvement he has shown in his legs does not happen without doing some seriously hard work.
Thanks everyone for your comments, and i probably have some good leg genetics, idk.

If it matter, i think my arms still have fat on them, hence they are about 6 inches in hight but they are about 3 inches acros the top and botton so that may be the problem.
nice progress, but the after pic you posted up top, and the arm pic you posted halfway through are not the same arms unless they were taken at condsiderably different times.
I did some quick curling, i dont know if its normal, but my arm gets at least an inch in height right after i work out. And yea the other pics are about a week old, i posted the originally for a workout program but yea. I dont think my arm grew in a week, so most likely is was the pump. Its weird maybe its because i can flex it better, but after i work out hard, or work out the bicep it goes higher in lenght but it is thinner, and if its normal it will be thicker but the peak is barely visible. I will take pics tonight of width and height, and then i will take them tomorrow after the gym, ill make sure to do a couple of bicep work to get that pump.
do a front double bi pose
WOW just noticed this pic is terrible quality, ill take a better one tomorrow after i hit the gymm, hopefully all the snow be off and i can make it to the gym and not have to do bodyweight excercies and DB all day.
