How is her form?
It’s seems pretty good, but I do it generally by tilting my torso backwards a bit in the jump portion, while she is totally erect. She basically just jumps up, not leaning back at all.
Is her technique special or known?
It looks great certainly!
technically speaking your supposed to jump UP and not pull back. Helps with keeping the bar in close. Now sure, there are some who don’t, like Taner Sagir and Naim Suleymanglu, but they are more of the exception to the rule
I’ve been watching that video a lot too. I need to find that chick so I can marry her.
Depends on what you are doing it for. If you want to get in olympic lifting, than she has no distinction between the first and second pull.
If you want to do them to get stronger or build muscle, or just because, then that will be fine.
Here’s another bar path analysis, but with much better lifters.

Also, as far as “up” vs. “back”, I’ve heard that the US is known for training to pull up, and that some other major team (russia, bulgaria, ?) teaches their lifters to pull back.
Man, I’d like to see those but I’m not cool enough for a mac.
Excellent form on her power-clean in my opinion.
I know everyone else is thinking this…
I’d like to see her snatch.

I didn’t have a problem viewing it on a PC.
If you look at the bar trajectory, you’ll see its a straight line. It should look like a more squished S… the path should come towards her until the explosion, where it then tends to bump out a little and come back in at the catch.
Otherwise, she does a good job of keeping her arms straight and of keeping her back angle constant in the beginning of her pull, but she rocks onto her toes REALLY early. (In one of the lifts, she is rolling onto her toes before the first pull is over.) She needs to stay back on her heels much, much longer.
The bar crashes onto her a little. She also does a pointless donkey kick and her landing stance is way too narrow.

You have to install Apple’s QuickTime Viewer.
