Thank you !! I have not been able to do the ground beef every day…Sometimes I eat tuna sandwiches on wheat bread or chicken breast with a little rice. But I try to eat the ground beef as much as I can.

Louis Villasenor and the guys over at Ketogains have done some really good work in this area. They have a lot of good info on low carb dieting with an eye for performance. May be worth checking out.
