Can anybody give advice as to how to fix bad posture?? I think I have terrible posture, and as a result when I lift so often I don’t feel that the exercises I’m doing are working the muscles that they’re supposed to… I try to stand up straight, keep shoulders back etc. etc. but I don’t think it’s helping any… Can you guys help me out??
