Posterior Chain Alternatives?

I got a tweaked sacro-iliac which means my physio said it’s not a good idea to load the spine heavy - perhaps forever.

However, we all know that the deadlift is one of the best posterior chain builders, and building the posterior chain can help recovery and prevention of back/hip issues.

Since I can’t do them, can you guys recommend any alternatives to build mass and strength in the posterior chain?

At present I am doing natural glute ham raises and barbell weighted hip thrusts.

Your suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Depending on the exact nature of the injury and its reaction to high rep work, kettlebell swings might be a nice alternative to deadlifting.
