BCAAs taken before bed truly do help with DOMS. Probably EAAs too, but I feel like BCAAs get lambasted too much on social by people who sell EAA supplements.

I did it consistently⦠40 grams of Xtend. Drained my wallet. Zero noticeable benefits. Any ābenefitā mightāve just been the BCAA conversion to glucose
