I don’t leave time for heating and eating breakfast on work days, so breakfast is usually 3 scoop Metabolic Drive Complete, Superfood, and 1-2 TBSP olive oil as I head out the door.
However, tomorrow it will be:
4 omega 3 eggs
5 Bob Evans sausage links
Sweet potato hash browns w/ diced and roasted red peppers.
Five egg omlette w/cheese or veggies.
3 strips of bacon
2 slices sprouted grain bread smothered with raw butter.
1 apple.
16 ounce serving of Raw Kombucha tea
1 Olaloa Multivitamin pack.
1 teaspoon of Green Pasture’s Blue Ice Pure Cod Liver Oil.
I’m planning on having some corn beef hash this summer. I don’t know if I’ll have them both or rotate them. I just like corn beef hash and never thought of it as a breakfast before.
it’s pretty tasty, not gonna lie. Try chopping up a granny smith apple ahead of time, and putting it in the oatmeal if you have an insatiable hunger in the morning (like me).
2 Scoops of whey with milk
1 tabelspoon of natty Peanut butter
3 eggs!
As people have said dont be afraid to eat lots of eggs! There are studies stating that dietary colesteol(The colesterol you eat on a daily basis in your food) does not directly afect your LDL or HDL colesterol levels so you need not worry about restricting you eggs EAT AWAY! Just watch out for the man made fats as people have alredy pointed out! AKA Trans fats these are cheeply made and preserve crapy foods bevare also of hydrogonated oils!~very bad stuff!
