4 O-3 eggs scrambled with
red and green peppers, onions, cheese, smoked salmon
a pear
a banana w/peanut butter
5g fish oil
2nd breakfast:
oatmeal w/blueberries and 2 scoop MD chocolate and an apple
i mix the first 2 meals up depending on the day and whether I’m lifting
I HIGHLY recommend smoked salmon in eggs. It tastes delicious and is extremely healthy as far as good fat and getting that extra protein in the morning. Pricey though!

i use butter on my toast, why wouldn’t you?
Firstly, hilarious name bro. Well I have fat guy genes. I don’t want to wake the sleeping fat kid gene. Butter will surely awaken the beast and i will have to do battle once again weilding the power of the stair-stepper. I use olive oil pam. It doesn’t taste like olive oil and it sautees worth a shit.

eating eggs everyday isn’t going to clog your arteries, egg fats are ones your body and work with just fine. Its unnatural man made fats that you should worry about. I eat 12-15 eggs a day and have excellent cholesterol levels even though like gman27 heart disease runs in the family! So eat up, eggs rock.
If nobody’s tried Berardi’s “Oatmeal Apple Pie” from Gourmet Nutrition One, it’s awesome. Great for post-workout. It’s easy to make a batch that lasts for four meals.

3 jumbo eggs scrambled with 4-6 ounces 93% lean ground beef and 1 cup diced/cubed potatoes. I scramble all that together and finish it off with a piece of fruit.
That sounds bad ass in a week when I’m done restricting Cals I’m gonna have to try that!
what order do they get into the pan?? Brown the beef first, then add potatoes then eggs???
The beef and potatoes are are already cooked. I put them in a dish and crack and stir the eggs in with the other shit and throw it in a pan. Stir it up and grub.

Really 12-15 eggs/day? really?..
They’re a super cheap great form of protein, why wouldn’t you use a lot of them?
I get sick of eggs very easily… This recipe has helped me greatly! Unbelievably delicious and feeds you breakfast for two days.
Pr0crast’s Hearty Breakfast Quiche
MAKES 2 BIG SERVINGS
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 small jar sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cloves garlic, chopped or pressed
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
6 eggs, beaten
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tomatoes, sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 inch pie pan with regular olive oil. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium??high heat. Add onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms, stirring occasionally. When the onions are soft, stir in the garlic and the spinach. Continue cooking until excess moisture has evaporated. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, cheese, salt and pepper. Add spinach mixture and stir to blend. Scoop into prepared pie pan. Bake in preheated oven until eggs have set, about 30 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with tomato slices.
3 whole egg omelet with onion, cheese, and spinach and/or 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 scoop Metabolic Drive with blueberries, strawberries, and chopped walnuts.
And one big ass cup of java follows all this. Right now I’m rocking some Brazil Coromandel. Good shit.
175gr grinded flax seed (very fine)
12 eggs
30gr protein powder
6gr salt
15gr baking powder
2 Carob seed flour servings (very popular as a supplement to baby food)
Knead all of this for 15 mins, then bake it in the oven at 170 degrees celcius (hot air 155) for 75min.
If the flax seed is not fine enough, you can’t knead it, if that happens just use a mixer and make a cake.
That results in, per 100g:
313 Calories
23g Fat
4g Carbs (excluding fiber)
8g Fiber
21g Protein
I eat a couple of slices of that with peanut butter / meat in the morning.
I hate eating eggs in the morning, this is a very good alternative.
Found out about this because I know someone who has a gluten allergy, this is gluten free, unlike regular bread.

Can anyone share breakfast meals that they like? I am not a fan of breakfast foods. I always see the oatmeal/egg white thing posted, but I can’t stand oatmeal. I would eat scrambled eggs/wheat toast everyday, but I don’t want my arteries to close. I guess I could just use whites, but I wanted to see if anyone could share various breakfast meals they have used. Thanks for any input.
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons of hemp protein
-all mixed together
1tsp of olive oil in the pan
1 tablespoon of organic 100% pure dark maplesyrup (if preworkout)

I’ll easily clear 15 eggs today.
Agreed. Numerous scientific and personal studies show full eggs have either no effect on cholesterol or actually improve the good levels. They are one of my favourite foods. I save my full egg’s for my last meal and usually have about 5 hardboiled.
