Post-Workout: Protein or Creatine

I am reading alot of information recently about the importance of your post-workout routine. Many sources recommend this as the optimum time for your creatine. I also read that one should drink a protein shake (such as Surge) immedidately after the workout to halt catabolism.

Is there any harm doing both at the same time? Should the creatine be first, last? etc…

If using Surge, then you can add plain powdered creatine to it, no problem. Do not add any of the Kool-aid stuff to it, though.

I’ve been adding a serving of RiboseC to my post workout Surge drink. Is this OK?
