O.k. people, your help is needed… My wife is not making any progress after our first little one and cannot supplement with anything creative while breast feeding. pre: 5’9 180 and fair shape, post 5’9 220 and lost it all.
anybody have a game plan???

Markus, My wife will be delivering in about 4 weeks. So, we are already planning for after her recovery. Something I found interesting is that breast feeding burns around 600 extra calories a day. Keeping protein high enough during this time is essential. Also, is she supplementing with high quality fish oils. Good for baby and mom as well as body comp. The plan is a low carb, moderate protein and fat along with lifting (HST)and walking the baby once a day. After she is done breast feeding (or pumps enough to last a few months) she will start on E/C, probably with some Yohimbine (oral or topical) thrown in.
