Hey guys, I’m currently bulking with CT’s Pendulum Training for bodybuilding and let me tell you, it’s great. But my question is, What would be a good program to follow after Pendulum Bodybuilding?

Would like to know what everyone is doing regarding unloading weeks while following CT’s pendulum bodybuilding. Even though the emphasis changes weekly, 15 straight weeks can be very taxing without an unload.
Sorry about that, I should have mentioned that I plan to continue a mass gaining phase after these fifteen weeks. With that being said what would you guys reccommend I move onto.
i’ve got the same question - im currently doing the same program gained about 8lbs so far along with great strength gains…i like the program alot. Im looking to do a pure strength program after this. any recomendations?
I used the program CT outlined in his modern strength newsletter, issue #1 b/c I was using MAG-10 at the time. However, I think it might work just as well maintaining your gains on the program. It’s on pages 11-13 and is a basic heavier weight/lower rep scheme where you use 85% of your 1 RM and try to raise the weight each week. I did this for 2 or 3 weeks, can’t remember, and kept nearly all my gains. Now I’m doing CW’s SFM with t-dawg 2.0 to drop the fat gained.
I am starting a similar rotation. At the end of 10 weeks or 15 weeks(depending on progress and how I feel), I will use 1 week of full body workouts (3 x weekly) at a higher rep range 10-20 to actively recover. Then, I will go on full body power/explosive workouts for three weeks to really lock in the gains(2-4 reps per set, olympic and power lifting movements ONLY). Finally, I will start a Pendulum cycle over again.
