781 clearly has an A$$ fetish I mean look at his avatar, and he’s probably got a shite ton of Test in his system, I could see how this could happen.
Now for the OP, Venus your legs are stellar and even inspired me to start rollin’ on dubs (since everyone calls them wheels). I have added approx 2.5 inches in 7 weeks of compound lifting, knocking on 25" now. I swear they respond so well!
Someone that looks as good as you do, is going to get a lot of compliments.
The bottom line is you are cute and you are doing a phenom job taking care of yourself.
Keep it up Venus, and I can’t believe someone hasn’t said Uranus is MY planet yet…
FTW
Thank you for your comments.
BTW, although no one has made the “uranus” cmment on here, I did receive a myspace message on it…so damn corny though!
Glad I inspired you to work on legs, as all guys should do.
One more tidbit on my username: I am a Taurus (very stubborn and determined) and Venus is the planet of my astrological sign, therefore, VenusISmyplanet! I don’t know about URANUS.
Corny… yes agreed but I expected someone to have said it.
I am an Aquarius which I have no idea what that means planet wise. I am a fellow Myspacer… I know it has the ghey, but it does help me keep in touch with my friends.
Wheel training today! I’ll do an extra rep for ya!
How was your wheel training? I trained mine on Monday and I am just getting over the soreness. I did the Glute-ham raise. I asked a lucky guy in my gym (LOL) to hold down my ankles while I leaned forward and back to complete the exercise. It was great, yet very diffucult…loved it!
Venus, it went great! Box Squats, Hammie Curls, and Calves.
The routine I am doing only calls for one exercise per muscle (1) Quad Squat (1) Hammies Curls (1) Calves
The idea is to do a very heavy 3 sets 6-8 reps and the 4th set to failure, using the same weight for each set.
I am doing 100% bulking only so no isolation moves, just compounds.
I have a thread “First Cycle Diet” that has some cool stuff about the routine, diet and yes wheels.
Ciao

Sounds like a great routine. My figure trainer actually said to me this weekend, to reduce my heavy leg ecercises b/c my legs are already in great shape. I am goinjg to have to incorporate more of those box squats, jumping lunges, etc. Though, I am still frustrated b/c I still need to bring up my shoulders; I know I can, I know I can…LOL!
