Yeah, but it died down for a few weeks until I posted some cellphone pics this guy in my gym took of my back while we were training together. I actually do need to capture myself in video lifting with my digital camera for this other web site (I hope I can figure that out…lol), splaxon.com, so as soon as I do I’ll figure out how to post it on here as well.
I prefer male dominated sites, because sites geared towards women are too “girly.” Their workouts are girly and all they talk about is (the dreaded phrase) “toning up,” and not wanting to “bulk up.”
I like to learn how to lift from male dominated sites because I’m not a “Woos!” or “Woosie” (I hope I spelled that right)…LOL! This is why, in addition to “female fitness” magazines, I also read “male dominated” magazines like Flex and Muscular Development and even Men’s Health too.

Thanks for using me as an example. Muscles are what gives legs a shapely appearance. I hear that a lot from girls who I help out at my gym, they are all scared to go heavy and will keep working with the same weight doing 15+ reps no matter how easy it is for them; they will not change the weight. It frustrates me and that’s when I stop helping. So, I hope your gf will change her mind now.
