also, very proud of your determination! you seem as strong in the mind as the physique you have attained.[/quote]
Thank you very much (at least your comment won’t get deleted…lol). Yes, I am very determined, so much so that I just came back from a fitness bootcamp; it was fun and I am sore as hell. I am very happy to have found out that my shoulder girth is genetic and I can’t do much about it other than trying to build up my side delts through explosive movements. My physique was assessed as well as the way I workout. And, although I was told I have very good form, I concentrate too much when lifting and that’s why I have so much definition. I will now begin to force myself to utilize explosive movements! However, I must inform my leg fans (lol) I cannot do too many more of my heavy squats b/c my quads are getting too big for a Figure Competitor. I must now do more light step-ups, light weight lateral squats, jump squats, jump lunges, pumping lunges, glute-ham raise (mostly body weight).
So once again I write…to be continued. But, b/c I feel my physique has changed since my last post, I still will post new pics in mid April.
did you just say your legs are getting too big? blasphemy. i wanna see some off season pics with a little fat over them legs. god ill probaly get banned for the shit i say.
theres something sexy about a woman who looks like shed put up a fight.

I love my legs the way they are, but I also have to keep in mind that symmetry is important. So for Figure, I have to be careful not to let my legs get too big since mine develop quicker than my upper body.
Hey thanks for posting your pictures, you look really great and seeing your pics is a real inspiration for someone like me who has only just got out of the girly “high reps are good” mindset and just started to lift heavy.
If you have time I would be really grateful if you could post up how much you are lifting on your squat/bench and any other of your fundamental lifts, and also if you could write out details of your diet for one day that would be soooo helpful and interesting. Thanks heaps, keep up the good work, looking forward to seeing the new pics when they are posted up!!

No problem and thanks for the compliment, I always appreciate them more coming from women.
Congratulations on getting rid of the high reps “toning” mindset. Building lean muscle by lifting heavy is the way to go and feels so much better. It’s more rewarding and satisfying to know you pushed through a difficult set, rather than doing 15-20 easy sets.
About my diet and lifts, if you search through this thread from its start, I did write out some of my lifts and my diet. If you can’t find it let me know, but it should be in here somewhere. Yes, soon I’ll be posting new pics; but, I am so annoyed b/c I couldn’t work out for 5 days (and I still can’t) b/c of my Bronchitis so I’m feeling as if I lost muscle (though I know it sounds crazy, but I just feel smaller and I’m pissed!) LOL!
Hi thanks I found it! Really helpful, im liking the idea of the unflavoured whey and also calcium cassinate is new to me (sooooo still learning!), so going to get some of that ordered for my bed time shakes. I was wondering do you take extra BCAA or just get whatever is included in with your whey? Sorry if these questions are a bit basic I should probably start posting away in beginners but im now a fan so really interested in what you do to maintain that great look. Sorry you cant train, hopefully you will feel better asap!!

No problem, glad I could be of help. YOu’re also free to send me PM’s directly. BTW, the brand I buy for the unflavored whey and calcium caseinate is called NOW and you can find it luckyvitamin.com/733739021748.html . No, I don’t take any extra BCAA’s b/c the protein shakes have a sufficient amount for me (especially that brand). It’s so sweet of you to say you’re a fan of mine =)
p.s. I did train today; I couldn’t take it anymore–I was going nuts! Although, I trained light and did some
“bull$h!t” cardio, e.g., just walked up a 6-15% incline @ 3.0-4.0 mph via intervals.
