I just have a Rear Double Bi, a customer of mine sent it to me, a young guy who asked me to pop out my bad boys for him…
I’m wieghing 108kg (remember I’m a FFB, at 17 I weighed 117 kilos), I’m shooting for my 3rd local competetion (naturally, I reckon with legal supps u can these days, gear really is just for professionals and those who want to be) and have trained for 5 years this october.
This shot was 4 weeks out from comp date, and I’m excited as i’m leaner than the previous 2 times ON stage, with a month up my sleeve!!
I love Whole Body Training, and use sort of hybrids of the HFHV training, but depending on how I feel and how much time I have. And am a HUGE believer in Nutrient Timing. Think in the last 6 months I’ve gained 3 kilos, and gotten ALOT leaner. NEVER train for longer than 45 mins.
For this Comp I’m training every session whole body, but with a slight focus on either push or pull, so 70% of the exercises will be one or the other, to try and encourage a little more “detail” but also to have enough energy to hit it a little harder.
Diet is low,low carb (now it is just veggies,salads, eggs, meats and 3 red apples a day)except for immediately pre-and post exercise, where I’m still doing about 200g of dextrose with each workout, with about 120 g of protein, split into pre, during and post shakes.
The funny thing is I started comp diet at 107kg, 8 weeks later I’m between 108-109.5 and a heck of a lot leaner.
At 4 weeks out I took out the second post workout meal carbs, but I really believe those carbs at training are super beneficial.
