I’ll post pics in mid April (about 8 weeks before I compete so I can get some feedback on what I may be lacking).

Just wanted to post this new pic this guy in my gym took of my back while we were training together; I think it’s looking better (it was taken with a cell so it’s a bit small).

Thanks for noticing my change. I have been lifting really heavy for my back since late December and I am now just starting to see the results. But, believe it or not, I will not lose that much size because I already eat a very clean diet. I just began reducing the fruit to count down on fructose and I cut out more foods containing sodium. I will post new full body pics by mext month, but just control yourself…LOL! I have been working on my shoulders too so I hope a change will be visible by then.

I don’t know what kind of weights or “supplements” that you were using before, but it seems that going heavy has been very beneficial for you.
