Ok, let me try one more time by resizing it and cropping my legs (sorry…LOL)

You have a nice developed shoulder group and arms.
However I think you lack in lat development. Also the thickness of the back is not so good (compared to shoulders and arms)

Keep working hard :)
Thank you for your critique. I appreciate your honesty and I do know I have to work more on my lats and thickness of the midback (any more exercise suggestion for midback?). I did post pics of my back one month ago (pg 5-6) in this thread and I think it did get better than the pics in my profile that are fron December 2007 and February 2008. And, of course, I will keep working hard b/c I do love it.

Hi thanks I found it! Really helpful, im liking the idea of the unflavoured whey and also calcium cassinate is new to me (sooooo still learning!), so going to get some of that ordered for my bed time shakes. I was wondering do you take extra BCAA or just get whatever is included in with your whey? Sorry if these questions are a bit basic I should probably start posting away in beginners but im now a fan so really interested in what you do to maintain that great look. Sorry you cant train, hopefully you will feel better asap!!
No problem, glad I could be of help. YOu’re also free to send me PM’s directly. BTW, the brand I buy for the unflavored whey and calcium caseinate is called NOW and you can find it luckyvitamin.com/733739021748.html . No, I don’t take any extra BCAA’s b/c the protein shakes have a sufficient amount for me (especially that brand). It’s so sweet of you to say you’re a fan of mine =)
p.s. I did train today; I couldn’t take it anymore–I was going nuts! Although, I trained light and did some
“bull$h!t” cardio, e.g., just walked up a 6-15% incline @ 3.0-4.0 mph via intervals.
Biotest, why is this post permitted but any time I even tangentially allude to a non-Biotest brand, my post gets deleted? Anyhow, back to the topic at hand: great work!

I have give a look to the picture you have posted in the 5-6pgs
As you wrote your back is better than in december07
I’m sorry i have not read all the tread so if i’m writing something old… i’m sorry :)… About workout suggestion i like very much (and i have tested with sucess on my trainee) the following exercizes:
DL (off course ^_^)
loaded hyperextension
monolateral cable row (english is not my first language i hope you can understand what i’m writing)
barbell row (70 degree inclination)

I’m not sure what a monolateral cable row is, but I’ll try looking it up online. I did click on the link to the supine row and I liked it; I just started doing something similar to that but on the floor under a squat rack.

I have an exercise that I could help you with on the floor under a squat rack. Still patiently waiting for updated pics. Continue to kick ass.

Thanks for the link; I’ll try it next time I do back. Tomorrow is my favorite day…leg day!
So hopefully by this weekend or next I’l post new progress pics (I gotta have my mother come over and take some new ones =) However, b/c I’m competing in June, I became leaner. I’m still working hard, but there’s only so much I can do before then though, I know I will do great and will continue working hard to keep improving my physique.

you have a very good “structure” and proportions.
I don’t think you need job on arms… may be a bit on triceps (not sure i have not see you in any mandatory pose)
In which federation do you compete?
Stay tuned…by this evening I will post new pics in mandatory poses. I took the pictures to see how I pose. In some of them I realized I have to tweak certian things. I competed last November in the INBF. However, I am planning on ompeting in both the INBF and the NPC in June. It’ll be my 1st NPC competition.
