Post contest ideas

Contest 2 weeks from saturday, i’m ready (also very ready to eat) i’m already thinking of ways to gain size post contest. i will be taking about 4 days off to relax. i want to try gvt, i figure due to the increase in calories, i should blow up pretty well. i may also be trying nandrosol. i’ve seen tings around while researching about the higher rep ranges/higher volume trining goes hand in hand very well with hormone/ pro-hormones use. anyone back this or try it? theoretically, will more product get into the muscle with the increae in volume, and thus cause greater muscle gain/ size? 215 at 5% bf isn’t bad, but i’d like to be larger, with only a minor increase in Bf maybe 3% or so.

Paul, you might want to consider taking more than four days off from the gym. The strain on your central nervous system alone from the dieting, and what you’re going to put yourself through in the week prior to the event, is tremendous and not to be taken lightly. Then it’s also important not to stop eating right during that period; make sure you keep your calories up. GVT sounds like a good idea, especially using the prohormones (I’m assuming you’re not using steroids or you’d have mentioned it); just move into it lightly, say in the third week after the show.

i had thought about taking the whole week off, but we are headed to florida on the friday after, and i really don’t want to jiggle just yet. considering i only pigout for a couple of days, i’m assuming i will not put on hardly any fat. maybe start lifting in my garage on friday? what do you recommend as far as lifting? start back light?
