Popping Abdominal Area While DL'ing

I was deadlifting today on a second set of 315, and after the first rep, I felt a pop right under my ribs on my right abdominal area. Got the wind knocked right out of me but was able to finish a set of 225 after a few minutes of resting. Now it just feels like I have this constant cramp.

Anyone ever had this happen to them?? Got any ideas what happened? I am going to see a doctor on Monday if it is still hurting by then.
