Just out of curiosity:

  1. How many hours of sleep do you get per night?

  2. I try to cook all my food in 1 or 2 days a week. I usually spend about 2-3 hours a week but I’m guessing

  3. Over 20 times a day. My friends tell me I have a bladder like a woman.LOL! All that damn water.

6 hours sleep, a few hours making food not sure. And i’m not even gonna ask why you want to know how many times we urinate. 4 litres of water/day = a lot of piss

  1. With 3 kids under 4, not nearly enough. I would say from 5-7 hours, problem is they are busted up with 1-2 middle night wakeups.

    Lets see, i cook my eggs, roasts, salmon, chicken and veggies. Would guess around 1 hour of pure cooking time, although there is some other time spent hanging around the house so i can go back to oven or grill for 10 seconds here and there. Guess it counts on how you calculate the time.

Lucky thing is I work at home which does allow me to usually spread my meals out every 2-3 hours instead of going long spells like normal jobs would prefer.

  2. About 1 hour but I want to cut this down. Only recently have I begun to start cooking for myself so I was asking you guys cuz I wanted to know if I was wasting too much time cooking. Before when I never cooked, I felt like I had so much more time on my hands.

  3. Like all freaking day I’m peeing. I asked this too not cuz I’m trying to satisfy some sick fetish, but cuz I was wondering if it was normal to be peeing all the time. Following the recommendations on this board I’ve been drinking tons of water and at work I goto the bathroom like once every 45 mins. My coworkers must think I’m strange. Luckily the bathroom is only a 6 second walk away!

  2. 2 marathon sessions a week of 1-2 hours, plus 10 minutes every day for eggs.

  2. i don’t cook, i eat stuff cold like leftovers (at home) and deli meat. i don’t even heat up my oatmeal. being at home and school, everything is already cooked if it needs to be. the most i do is microwave my eggs.

  2. I try to cook all my chicken and beef all at once for the week, which I can do now that the weather is nice. I just bust out the grill and go to town. So atleast 2-3 hours per week, counting the time it takes to cook my eggs eah day.

  2. Without cooking bulk ahead of time 2 hrs, but I’ve started preparing stuff over the weekends, and it saves me a lot of time…I’m down to 1/2 hr now.

Average good nights sleep is about 6.5 or 7 hours, but I manage a 20 to 30 minute power nap before workout.

I like to cook, and feed a family on healthy and fresh food. I spend at least a hour a day preparing food, plus I spend time on weekends cleaning vegetables and marinating meats in preparation for the week ahead.

About 8 times a day. I’ve been drinking a gallon of water plus other fluids a day for years, and your body gets adjusted to it after a while, but at first it seemed like I was in the bathroom constantly. In summer it’s a bit less. It’s dry here and I spend a good amount of time sweating outdoors.

1.) Bout 6 hours on weekdays, 10 on weekends (hopefully 10 EVERYDAY once my college summer session ends :))
2.) Doesn’t apply, I drink MRP’s and eat from dining halls.
3.) Oy! Maybe 12 times? Since (as my girlfriend says) “You drink water like it’s going out of style.”
