Yah, having to go the restroom 4 times during workouts is ridiculous. Your bladder must be small as hell. I’d get that checked out :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

At least 8 hours of sleep. Maybe an hour on the cooking but I do other things in between steps so it’s a multitasking thing. 5-10 times depending on how much water I drink in a day. I drink more on lifting days.

  3. About every 3 hours. I, too, used to have to get up during movies, until I decided that that was just taking things a bit too far. My bbing is integrated into my life, not the other way around. (But if I’m taking a lot of Vitamin C this figure goes up.)
