How much cardio do YOU do on off days? How intense?
Answer:
1- i don’t do cardio… i’m a lazy ass, and i want to maximize my gains!
2- light cardio improves recovery (15min - 30min easy resistance)
3- i do moderate to high intensity cardio.
4- what’s an off day?
I used to do lots of cardio. Anywhere between 30 to 60 min. 3 or 4 days a week!! I recently cut it out, cleaned up my diet (Anabolic Diet) and have had success w/ diet and lifting alone, no cardio.
So right now I’m not doing any cardio, any day. That doesn’t mean I won’t pick it up again at some point, right now this is what my body is telling me to do.
