Fish oil: Sears OmegaRx pharmaceutical grade is THE best. It really blows aways all the others I’ve tried, in terms of results (anti-inflammatory for joints and allergies, skin) as well as absence of GI distress. It is also THE most expensive. It has a great DHA/EPA ratio with very little Omega-6. Since I can take far less to get the DHA+EPA I want (2.5 g per TEASPOON), I can afford to eat better-tasting fats with my food.
Natural Factors RxOmega-3 Factors sounds just as good, on paper, and is much cheaper, but I haven’t tried it because I don’t like to take fish oil capsules.
I’m using Health from the Sun fish oil right now. I don’t like it as much as the Sears, but for the price I think it’s pretty good. Same goes for Carlson Labs.
Flax oil: Jarrow.
